MAGNETIC CHARACTERISTICS MEASURER FOR FERROMAGNETS UNDER QUASI-STATIC CONDITIONS (UIMH)


PURPOSE

      Research of the processes of the reverse magnetization of ferromagnets and measurement of their magnetic characteristics , magnetic structurescopy of ferromagnets, testing of heat treatment quality and mechanical properties of articles of machine-building, heat power industry and instrumental production.

OPERATION PRINCIPLE

      In the measurer the continuous induction method is realized that high effectively the magnetic parameters of ferromagnetic materials determines and the option of presetting the optimal rate of magnetization reversal for every of the objects under test has.
      The measurer has the option of plotting the virgin magnetization curve and the magnetic hysteresis loops of the ferromagnetic materials at major and minor cycles of magnetization reversal by quasi-static mode in closed (circular specimens) and open magnetic circuits, it determines the main parameters of the hysteresis loop (coercive force , residual magnetic induction Br, maximal value of the magnetizing field Hm, maximal induction Bm, magnetic permeability mm).

CONSTRUCTION

      The measurer consists from the transducer, magnetizing unit, measuring system (control unit and processing unit) and PC, that the processes of magnetization reversal and measuring processes controls, and makes available the data collection and storage, hysteresis loops plotting and data printing.
